Florence Court has been the former home of the Earls of Enniskillen. There is a pretty walled garden and the decorated interiors are brought to life on the guided tours. Unfortunately no photos are allowed inside! The grounds are home to the mother plant of the countless millions of Irish Yew trees found throughout the world! The Yew is a female plant that is propagated from cuttings and was only discovered here in 1767 by a tenant of the first Earl of Eniskillen.
